Alpha Mining Season voting pool

Hello Miners and upcoming Monarchs!

We come with sad news today — The newest and cool Sandbox 0.9.7 Game Launcher broke our game for good.
As you might have noticed, the drops while mining aren’t active on the newest Game Launcher version. The team went on a seies of tests and fix attempts but the bugs we’re getting are out of outr comprehension.
We believe it’s fact that we are trying to fix a bug on a 0.8 Game Maker to run on a 0.9 Launcher, so there isn’t much we can do at this stage.

We have 2 solutions for this problem:

• The Alpha Mining Season will be completed by playing in the Game Maker 0.8.10/11 in the Drafts Gallery, where the game works 100% and the season will close on 23rd December.
• The Alpha Mining Season has an early ending and it’s closed within one week from now. We proceed into the prize distribution phase for the Best Miner Categories and Pickaxe Tiered Leaderboards. Clan Leaderboards will be distributed once the clan Management DApp is rolled out and Clans have registered.

The Alpha Mining Season had a lot of setbacks from having to change the original game play due to bugs on the Live Map.

This is very unsettling for us as we can imagine that’s for you too. While most studios forfeit or given up on building on The Sandbox, we persisted and kept developing and building having the community always as our biggest priority.

As stated on the first day since the beginning of this project, we will always be transparent to you on good and bad days.

We want you know what is working and what needs to be improved. Having this said, we’re going to leave the Misty Mountain open for 1 week on the Drafts Gallery — Search for “Pickaxe Master — Misty Mountain” — All records and screenshots taken from there will be valid, but it must be using version 0.8.10/11 (This has to be visible).

There will be a pool for voting at the Discord Channel on the announcements tab, so please make sure to visit there and place vote.

To finalize the announcement, we will keep the Social Hub open in the Live Map for gatherings and different Community Challenges — Which we always encourage you to submit your proposals. We are building in 0.9 for some time now and all we can promise is that 2024 has a very good line-up of games waiting for you:

• Misty Mountain.
• Miners Rush.
• Temple of the Four Winds.

Depending on the model of the new Game Maker Fund for 2024, we might be able to start to open the shared economy partially, being closer to the end game goal.
2024 also has more news regarding Pickaxe Master Decentralization and DAO, getting closer for all of you to be even more involved in the roots of this project. Pickaxe and Avatar owners will have first access to these biggest news in 2024.

We’ll announce the final decision based on what’s most voted and we will keep this pool running for one week. So make sure to vote, it’s going to decide the future of the remaining Alpha Mining Season.
